I went to pick out my thank you today and to voice my concerns. Jeff and Cathy were nothing but accomodating. They cant explain what happened with the pics but are willing to make good on it. They are upgrading my album which was the basic 8x10 40 print album to a 10x10 70 pic design album. They are also giving us an extra 25 Thank yous at no charge. They are also going to pull prints off the video of missing pictures.and am willing to do a special shoot with us- me in my dress and DH in a tux.
I am feeling so much better about my pictures now and finally am excited about them

Awww that's great!! Especially about the extra shoot! I'd definitely take them up on that and fill your extra big album with a mix of pictures from both days! Good luck!
