My poor Cookie girl

My 59 pound pitbull just got attacked by a cat~dont know if it was a stray or someones indoor/outdoor cat.......the friggin lil **** sliced the top of her nose open, gave her a scratch from behind her eye down her nose tore open the side of her face Friggin idiot who let their cat out owes me some $$$ b/c she is most likely going to need stitches on her friggin nose.....NO idea how pissed off I am!!!!!

ETA: She didnt go after the cat she just smelled him and the cat freaked out and clawed the crap out of her face

I'm sorry about your dog. However did your dog smell the cat against a fence, wall, etc... because my cat if a dog goes near him when he feels cornered will lash out like that. But usually he'll hiss really loudly first, to give the dog the hint he doesn't want to play.

that blows!! i hate when strays or in/out cats get out and hurt other animals.

Nope, we have a water fall with bushes on the sides, he was in the bush, the cat didnt make a peep...the only thing I heard was the dog fuffing when she pulled her head out of the bush.

Truthfully-and this is not formed at you-if my dog had eaten the cat or hurt the cat you know I would be sued by the owner if the tables were turned...I am almost positive this cat was not a stray-its just sucky. Im glad she didnt need stitches b/c if she did on Memorial day...... it would have cost me $$$$$$ and then I would have been even more annoyed
