My proofs have been ready for 2 weeks and NOONE TOLD ME

I called the photog yesterday to say Whats up with the proofs I havent heard from you yet. And the snottyt girl said 'You were supposed to CALL US 2 weeks after the wedding. The photographer told you this at the wedding' I said 'No he didnt, and I was expecting someone to CALL ME' and she said 'No, well, he probably told you but YOU JUST FORGOT'
A) no he DIDNT tell me that,
but if he did,
B) I WAS KIND OF BUSY I WAS ONLY HAVING MY WEDDING.

Has anyone ever heard of this?? I have NEVER heard of a photog making YOU call THEM. Our proofs have been sitting there for almost 3 weeks!!! Were they ever going to let us know???

And if it is their practice to NOT call you, shouldnt they TELL you that WAAAY before the actual wedding??

I am positive the guy said The proofs should be ready in approx 3 weeks. But thats ALL he said, not YOU HAVE TO CALL US CUZ WE WONT EVER CALL YOU.

that stinks. my photog called us as soon as they were ready--about 2 weeks after the wedding.

look on the bright side--they will be SO beautiful you won't have time to be upset!

Thats rude. I love vendors who no longer care about good customer service once they have their money.
