me and DH do once in a while.... we were totally going to last night, but DH was freaking out about how cold it was & our shower isnt that big so he didnt want to be standing out of the running water all cold while i washed my hair hahaa
so that lead me to ask this question b/c i was curious as to how popular taking a shower together really is!

we did once when we were dating years ago but after that one time he said no way. anything dealing with the bathroom in his eyes is private.

we have a small standup shower and DH is 6'3 so we hardly ever do it in the shower. Once in a while we shower together for convenience purposes, but it doesn't work well since i like really hot water and DH likes it on the cold side. Also, it's too small...

I really like to do it in the shower -- but it is uncomfortable sometimes .. well most of the time .. but my response was more about just showering together.

we do sometimes on saturdays because its our only day off together = only day we get up and get ready at the same time
i would be more into it if our shower had 2 shower heads...it gets cold standing out of the water waiting for the other one to finish whatever theyre doing! plus DH doesnt let me get much done when we're in there when he gets out i can finally wash my hair and shave

It seems a lot of our DH do not like the water so hot... i love the water hot and i have to be under the water at all times!!!!
If DH and I do shower together it is for fun purposes only (even though it can be a tad uncomfortable sometimes.....

a little embarrassing, but i'll share. i'm afraid to do it in the shower at home, or any shower w/ very slippery tile. in my old apt while trying to have fun in the shower, i slipped and feel flat on my back and head that pretty much scarred me. the shower at our HM resort had a nice bench to hold onto, and the tiles were stone, so they weren't so slippery. when we move into our house, i need to get that kind of tile for our shower!

DH likes the water to scald him! I like it hot, but not THAT hot! We very rarely shower together I would love for him to surprise me in the shower one day, but he doesn't... and I can't surprise him b/c he locks me out! I never lock the bathroom door!

we don't shower together either. The shower's too small, only one of us will be under the water. It's just more uncomfortable than it is fun. Plus it's my private time to get clean, I don't want DH there.

yes i love showering with DH...we dont do it everyday....sometimes at night he'll go in to the shower before bed, and ill just come in for fun

never. We have tried it and we just don't fit. We live in an NYC apartment so they don't have overly huge showers and it's just not comfy for both of us to squeeze ourselves into the shower and someone to be left in the cold with no hot water on them.
