My Wedding Album got messed up

Just got a call from my mom, who went to pick up my wedding album today from Patken since I live in CA and can't go and get it. Well it took six months for it to come in and they engraved it with the wrong date on the cover!

Also, they used the wrong color as well for the pages and writing. They said that they are going to redo it and it will hopefully be ready in a month. Just thought I'd share.

oh thats terrible!!! Atleast they will get it fixed qucikly, but i can understand your frustration, when youve already waited this long!!!

You wait 6 months & it's wrong!!!
I'm waiting 6 months (mine will be ready in April) I would be so ticked if they did it wrong!

I got my album back and they spelled my name wrong on the cover! I was so angry since my name was spelled right all over my contracts. It took a loooong time for them to fix that but then again it took my photographer a long time to do ANYTHING!!!
