my wedding album layout from Duet- opinions please
hi there ladies!!! I know I haven't been on in forever, but figured this 'oldywed' would share her album layout I just received from Duet!!
pls tell me what you think, there's a couple of things I'm not sure of.....maybe b/c some of the pages seem a bit crowded?
page 1- I don't really like the 'our wedding memory' caption on this page, prob. would have them change it
page 2

page 5:
page 6: I might want to move some pics around from pg 5 since this one seems a bit crowded
page 7:
page 8: (don't like the caption on the right side)
page 9:
page 10: (whoaaaaa my head looks huge
page 11: don't like the plain blue background
page 12:
page 13:
page 14: they used lyrics from 'fly me to the moon' on their own, I might ask them to put our wedding song instead ('could not ask for more')
page 15: the detail shot of our glasses on the left, I might ask them to use a detail shot of our wedding favor instead
page 16:
page 17:

its beautiful- I agree with you about the amount of pictures on some of the pages- the one on page 2 of all the pics of your dh looks very crowded
overall it looks gorgeous & I agree with all the changes that you wrote above.

I also agree with your changes. I feel there are a tad too many pictures in general. I also prefer plan backgrounds (white or black)...but that is just me. All the pictures are very pretty though! I bet you cant wait to get it!!!

Your album is beautiful
i do agree with you about the pictures on page 6, maybe you can delete one
Also what does the caption say on page 8??
On page 10: you head DOES NOT look big
also on page 11, i also do not like the blue, maybe they can take the picture on the left side and expand it so it can also be the background on the right side and place those 3 pictures on there

Wow! I love it!! I would also put less pics on pg 6..but other than that..I think its perfect! I can't wait to make mine! how many pics did you get to use?

I think it looks great. I do agree though about a few of the pages being a little too crowded. Like on page 2.. maybe I would take out a pic or 2...other than that I think it looks awesome

Helen it really does over all look really great - but if you have to pick it apart as I know that is what 'us' brides do, I think you have some great ideas to change it, and I agree with alot of what you said like the favor instead of the champagne glasses, the lyrics to your wedding song instead of fly me to the moon... etc.. The only page I am not a fan of is page 4 the right side. Something looks off I guess I just don't like the eye flow. Maybe they can switch the layout?
Really though it looks lovely

I think it came out great. I def think you should use lyrics from your song instead though, its more personal.

Helen, I was away and didn't see this post before (good thing you Xposted on 07!), but I just wanted to say it looks great overall!!! I agree with your comments and changes - a couple of the pages look overcrowded so your suggested changes should improve that etc! Can't wait to see the final product!!
