Mystery meat - Solved
This morning I took some meat out of the freezer to defrost for dinner tonight. Problem is that I forgot to label the package so I have no idea what it is. Could be pork, could be beef.
Anyway, DH calls and asks what's for dinner and I tell him the story. He asks me, what if it's something we don't like ?
Hello - I wouldn't have bought it, re-wrapped it, and stuck it in the freezer !

eta : turned out the mystery meat was two lovely large pork chops, yum, that I breaded and served with pan gravy, potatoes and fresh string beans.
