We actually went a few months ago for a long weekend, it was nice. We stayed at the holiday inn express, it was pretty nice, had an indoor pool that looked brand new (we went when it was still cold outside) across the st. was tons of shopping and the aquarium, down the road is the seaport, not to far into town we ate at mystic pizza, and we went to foxwoods at night, it wasn't more then 20 mins away.. but i don't know if it was just our navigation, but it took us through the woods! it was not on any main roads, and had we not had that we would have never found it.. but it might be accessible from the highway that's right there, our navigation could have just gone the dumb way, who knows. I wouldn't be able to spend more then 2 or 3 days in mystic though.
