i dont use anything but i noticed that taking a multi vitamin everyday has made my nails stronger and they grow faster!!

i used to use nailtiques(sp??)

nailtiques (NOT nailtek) was the only thing that helped my nails when i stopped wrapping them years ago. i definitely recommend it!

I used Nailtiques until I found out it had formaldehyde in it. (used for embalming). That kinda freaked me out lol. Ive heard of some women using prenatal vitamins.

okay so ive been getting my nails done with acrylic since the age of 16..non-stop. So in Janurary of this year i decided im going to grow my natural nails out b/c im tired of acrylic and dont like the way it looks on me anymore. Its only been 4 months and my nails look amazing right now because ive been using Rejuvacote Nail Growth System. If you wouldve only seen what my nails looked like when i took the acrylic off you wouldve puked! This stuff is seriously amazing!

ETA: I used soooo many nail hardeners, Nail Tek, Sally Hanson, OPI Nail Envy, but this is the only one that really works!
