Name Change

Is there a link to a website that will give you the directions for changing your last name. I have been married for 5 months so I think that I should get on it.

There is not just 1 place. You have to go to the SS site for SS, DMV, for license & registration. Credit cards you can do over the phone. Payroll & health Insurance you should ask whoever handles that at your job.

ETA- I bumped an old post with links to name change questions.
