Name Change

Name Change

I can't seem to get a handle on who needs my new name (when I get my marriage cert )
Passport
License
SS Card
Credit Cards
Bank
Health Insurance
Car Insurance

Anybody else??

ETA: UPDATE: I got my marriage cert in the mal on Friday and have started the change with work!! YIPEEEE Theo nly thing is I am DEF not looking foward to the DMV

Make sure when you go to the DMV to change your license that you also change your name on your car's registration.

Hmmmm, do you have any loans? They'll need to be changed too.

I already did, SS, License, Bank, and CC. I don't have any loans. So I'm done, as far as I know of. Ohhh......wait. If you were never married and hve a continuing support case for a child, you change that too. I mailed in all of my copies. I'm sure my older son's father loved that
