Does it cost anything? If yes how much? And do they take a new pic?

Now do you HAVE to so social security FIRST before you do DMV or can you do DMV first to get it out of the way?

i went to SS first, but DMV never asked for my new SS card. i just had to show up w/ my marriage cert and that was it. i was soooo upset i had to take a new pic, my old pic was actually a really really good pic, and i look so busted in my new pic. i still carry both around with me.

Yep its $10, it cost me $45 but I was changing my name and handing in my SC license so I guess the state change costs more
