Name Change

Is there a list of what I need to change?

I know the bank and credit cards, social security, dmv. What else?

insurance (health, car, renters/homeowners)
car registration
401K, IRA, etc.
Any other financial benefiary info (also have your DH change this info if you were already a beneficiary on his in your maiden name)
random bills (phone, cable, con ed)
gym memberships (if you really care)
any other sort of group memberships where your name needs to be current and valid
