I think for my license I paid a minimal fee but I also took a new photo so I'm not 100% sure. SS I do not think I paid anything.

SS No/ DMV Yes cant remember howmuch but its not alot.. Just bring old license old SS card & marriage license.

Not for SS, but yes for DMV...I want to say it was 35 bucks. I can check my checkbook register when I get home for the exact amount.

i had to pay for a new licence, but i changed my address too...not sure if its just your name...
ssc no you dont have to pay
but if you are changing your passport (which i have to do) i believe you have to pay like you are getting a new one.

When I got my passport last year, because I wasn' t sure if we were going to do a HM right after the wedding or not, they told me that I just had to pay for a new picture when I changed my name on it. I'm not sure if that's actually true, but that's what they told me...it would really s/uck to pay another whole 90/100 whatever it was for something I never got to use the first time around!

You don't have to bring anything with you for an address change, I changed my address when I renewed mine in October and they don't ask for any kind of proof

Thats correct if its more than 1 yr old... I got mine in 07 so im not paying for a new one just to change my name... whenever i fly, i put it in my maiden name
