Name Change Question - SS

What do I need to bring to socoal security to change my name? Is my ss card, drivers lic & marriage cert ok? Thanks!

I did it through the mail and sent a copy of my driver's license, original marriage certificate and filled out their form. I would think in person is the same, but I'm not sure - check the website.

Yes it is . Make sure its the original of the certificate.

I did this last week. I filled out the form from www.ssa.gov before I got there. I only had to show my drivers license and marriage cert.
