Names on Marriage Certificate

Alright, this may sound really silly but on your marriage certificate does it say your name at the time of marriage or your new name?

When we applied for the license, I filled out that I was going to be changing my name and now I'm gathering all the forms for changing my last name and I was just wondering about this.

Thanks!

On our marriage cert., it says

Stephanie MyLastName/HisLastName

I believe you change it officially when you go to SS office. So how you do it there will affect everything else.
