Natalie Portman shoe line

What a joke, they spoke about the line on Project Runway last night... I looked it up and they are super expensive They are made of 'green' materials but come on !!! I'll stick to vintage, that's my version of saving the environment...to recycle clothing...

holy moly - and i thought Jessica Simpson's line was pricey?!?! It makes me mad 'cause these celebs are BILLIONARES...why not make them price friendly for EVERYONE???? they sure can afford to do it!

AGREED !! And of course the one who does make a line that is cute, trendy and cheap (Sarah Jessica), it's at Steve and Barry's that is possibly going out of biz!. So annoying. Natalie's shoes are from $100.00 and up some super cute ones but... come on.

um not even that but she grew up and lived in Bellmore and not in the rich part-you would think she would still be somewhat grounded

To offer a different perspective, I wonder if these shoes cost more to make due to the fact that they're NOT made from leather, etc.

That said, no way I'd pay $225 for that shoe!!!

But yea like Peg mentioned, i think that Organic and Green clothing and shoes cost more b/c the production costs are higher.

Super cute new dog by the way... And yes def since it's organic and green they cost more. I knew that it would be more... but this is a bit much. I've seen a lot of green clothes that are a lot of money but I just figured maybe these would be a lil more reasonable...
