Need a baking idea!

I want to bake a little something for tomorrow.... I don't work on Friday, so I want to bring in a little treat for the 4th of July...

any ideas? nothing TOO hard, but hopefully something a little festive!

i was thinking maybe cupcakes and i'll just use red, white, and blue sprinkles... but i'd love any other ideas!

TIA

ooh that's a cute idea! i made one of those a few years back for my inlaws...

the only thing is that i didn't want to make a cake... i wanted something easy to carry into work and easy to eat! i work with another SLP, two resource specialists and one resource aid... so i was thinking of something a little smaller!

thanks so much for the idea though!

Hey Hayley!! What if you did little 'parfaits' of red and blue JELLO cubes with a white whipped cream layer in between?

I make angel food cake in a 9 x 13 pan. Then I decorate the cake with cool whip and make a flag using strawberries and blueberries.
