Need a Substitute for Cream of Mushroom Soup

So many casserole recipes call for it...I DESPISE mushrooms...

any good substitutions?

Can you possibly use cream of chicken?

Or even make your own cream sauce--flour, butter and some milk.

cream of celery
cream of chicken
cream of potato


ANY cream soup will work... just pick whatever is in it that goes with your dish. If nothing goes, go with the celery -- no real flavor to it other than the cream.
