Two family members that were guests at our wedding passed away before we could get our thank you cards out. Now I'm wondering how I should word the cards to their spouses. I feel like its such an awkard situation because I want to thank them, but I don't want my card to be a reminder of their loss.

Re: need advice on how to word a thank you card
just speak from the heart! thats your best bet!
maybe you could mention how much it meant to you to have their spouses there. and how you now have that wonderful memory to look back on. you could give your sympathies again?

I agree with Jess. If you have pictures of them, make sure to incluse those in the TY cards. Just be sincere and compassionate. You'll do great.
