I know this isn't what you asked for but there is a 3 bedroom avaliable in my building. I think it's $1,600 a month which is a steal for this place. Hardwood floors, balcony, central air, dishwasher, washer/dryer.

Sorry forgot to tell you we're in North Richmond Hill/Kew Gardens right off Metropolitan Avenue.

Check out Craigslist. everyone around me has had alot of luck w/ them w/ apartments

Actually, yeah! My MIL has a studio apartment that will be vacated at the end of the month. I'm going to FM you the details.
