Here is what the top of the dinning room table looks like
Im thinking of doing green as the accent color in the room but, dont know what linens to do. I have all holiday placemats but, for everyday should I do placemats, just a runner or table cloth?
So what do you think of this table runner? Dont mind the cPs, just playing around and thats not our table.

Hmmmm....I like either a runner or bare with a cool centerpiece in the middle! That's just me though!

I think a cool sage green runner would look really pretty on it, especially if you're going to do green as an accent.

Re: Need decorating help
what about an iron cp candle thing.. like the ones from bbb. with ivory candle balls.. it would look awesome with with green acccent wall.
any earthy colors... ..or even for the summer.a neon orange flower. homegoods has a ton of fake cps..
also check out michaels. their floral cps are soo expensive (my opinion) but right b4 the season starts they put them 50-60% off..
homegoods and century21 have amazzingg expensive looking runners for like 15$
get a few diff colors and playa round. whichever ones look bad u can return

a sage runner with a nice decorative piece would look good
For some reason.. with that color wood, I'm picturing more of a cooler tone of green. like a muted mint green.. or sage green color.
I'm a fan of showing the beauty of the wood and not covering it with a table cloth.
So my vote is for either the runner or the placemats. Now your choice is... do you want more functional or more just for the look? If you want it to be more functional... then go with placemats. Just for the look and a splash of color... then go with the runner.

LOVE this!!!
I really do.
I don't know if that brown will match the brown in the table though. but it might. And it's such a nice runner.

I love Sage, I have greens all throughout our apartment. It looks great with dark wood.
