As some of you girls know the top of my dress is a Maggie Sottero. I have sent the dress to a family friend who owns a dry cleaning store and specializes in preservation. He just called me that the tag on the top part of my dress says “ Dry Clean Only, Do Not Use Perch”. The bottom part of the dress which was custom made is fine. He is telling me that Perch is 99% of the chemical that is used to Dry Clean. He told me 2 things; either the manufacturer made a mistake with the tag or the material is not good. What should I do?

Why dont you try calling their corp. offices tomorrow.. and while you wait i would call the store where you bought it, maybe theres another dress there that they can read the tag for you...

WOW! can you get intouch with the cmpany and see what they recommend to do? perhaps it was a misprint. How can the bottom half of your dress be dry cleanable and not the top? It just doesn't make sense to make a dress that way!
