Why dont you just buy an 11x14 frame from target? I did that myself for our 11x14 enlargement and its hanging in our living room and it only cost me $15.

I went to Pearl in Manhattan, but i think they also have a LI location somewhere in suffolk, I got our 16x20 wedding pic framed for $250 and that's bc I chose extras. It would have been even less.
You would have to go to the Home/Craft one, but they're across the street from each other
michaels is expensive to get framed...we had this poster from our hm that we brought in and it was going to be alot to get framed..we ended up just buying the frame from michaels for like 20 bucks and doing it ourselves

Not sure but you can print a coupon online search for them, and sign up at the store website also then you will get them in mail and via e-mail. I usually print one I find online and it works.
