Hi! I did this for my b-party as well. It was a fun time. As far as dress code, you def see both ends of the spectrum. Some people decked out in prom dresses, some people more casually dressed. My friends and I had gone out ot dinner on LI first so we were dressed normally and then during the limo ride, everyone broke out their 80s gear! Bangle bracelets, fluorescent stuff, off-the-shoulder tops, etc. It was pretty funny. We did stay at Webster Hall after the Prom, but after a while the crowd started getting a bit shady. I kinda wish we had planned on going elsewhere, but we made the best of it. If you love 80s music, I def recommend!

We went to the Awesome 80's Prom for my Bachelorette Party. It was fun. It's the mock prom from the 80's with all the actors and they interact with you. They get up on stage and put on a show and the other characters will dance with you and whatnot. It's funny and it's fun. The whole 'show' is about an hour and a half to two hours. I don't really remember. After that it goes right into 80's dance mixes and that is the club. You can stay if you wish. Myself and my girlfriends went to Lips afterwards though.
