Need Help With Alterations for Sis

Hi
So my sister bought her dress at Davids Bridal in Carle Place and it came in already (her wedding is next Oct) so far so good. But she is very worried about having it altered there. Did anyone bring their gowns elsewhere for alterations and if so where? Also did anyone actually have DB alter their gown, how did it turn out? Thanks for the help.

Yes my sis and mom went to a seamstress in Brookhaven who is great. FM me for details.
