Need Ideas!

I am planning on cooking a chinese dinner for my DH birthday. I am trying to come up with some more ideas.

I will be doing the 'oriental' attire
Going to decorate with lanterns and candles
Going to rent a chinese flick

Can you think of anything else?

No not food-wise. I already know what i am going to make.

I like the idea of making my own fortune cookie. I will start looking for recipes.

i would make everyone eat with chopsticks and depending on what type of dinner your having if its a sit down or not you can get inexpensive bamboo placemats they look great. you can decorate the center of the table with a 'lucky' bamboo plant they are sold all over the place. you can have everyone take off there shoes as they enter the house. you can serve tea and look on the internet for directions on how to an authentic tea ceremony there very pretty. i have seen it done at a friends wedding.
