Need prayers ladies... UPDATED
Well I just found out that one of my uncle's is having his pacemaker relpaced today at St. Francis hospital...now although that may 'seem' a routine thing - this is the uncle of mine who has a very rare form of intestinal cancer, and we were told he might not even live long enough to see us get married. He's been on SO many experimental drugs, and although he has made it longer than they had originally given him - he's lost SO much weight on these damn drugs....so much to the point that the wires from his old pacemaker were starting to poke through his skin & he got a bad infection (sorry if TMI) - I am really worried for him.
And if this wasnt enough, another uncle - who is the brother of the one having the procedure today - I found out that HE has to have his pacemaker replaced NEXT WEEK (also at St. Francis).
I feel like my family is quickly falling apart & I am losing it.
& another PS - my cousin who is getting married this May - is driving her mother crazy b/c she hasnt booked any vendors yet except her florist, and just told her mother the other day - 'I never wanted a wedding anyway![]()

- so now my cousin's mom I think is on the verge of a nervous breakdown trying to do all the legwork herself, b/c my cousin thinks that there's plenty of time to get all this stuff done (Oh yeah -& her wedding is Memorial Day weekend)...I've been trying to help the mom with vendor info but Im not even supposed to know that my cousin is being such a blase bride....
Sorry so long, I just feel like everything is falling apart in my family all at once...thanks if you made it this far.

UPDATE 2/12:
My Uncle was supposed to get pacemaker replaced yesterday but b/c he's lost so much weight from the chemo & pills for the cancer - the wires from his old pacemaker were poking through his skin & caused a bad infection. He developed a high fever yesterday morning & they postponed the surgery until the could get the fever back to normal, but I think something must have happened with his heart rhythm b/c they put him into surgery last night. I am really worried about him so please continue prayers.![]()
