having company tonight I'm making pan seared filet mignon, creamed spinach, twice baked potatoes and salad. need an appetizer / hors d'oeuvre to go with! Please share!

For a meal like that I'd go with bacon wrapped scallops...and if you're not feeling very ambitious anymore, Trader Joe's has them packaged
