We are waiting still to hear on the offer we submitted friday night for our first home. I am so super stressing about this. Any magic LIW prayers you can spare today would be so much appreciated. It is taking longer than usually b/c the seller is using a relocation company. They are very particular in their documentation. Now I am just waiting on our lender sending them an updated approval letter, and hopefully they will make a decision. TIA!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just wanted to say thank you for all the well wishes today. They must be working! We found out they are accepting our offer, they didn't even counter! We had to go in to initial a few changes to the contract nothing major. I can say dealing through a relocation company (the seller is using) has been a PIA! so much extra paperwork. Our agent told us the contract could be ratified as early as tomorrow. So thank you & keep sending the magic. Chat Icon
