for those of you that had rose bo-ks, could you please post pics and tell me how many roses were in them? did any of you use burton's? i'm having major issues....

I dont know how many roses were in it (and keep in mind that roses come in different sizes so you could specify a # of roses and it still be quite small)....but I made sure my florist gave me at least a 12 inch wide bouquet. My florist (who I had such terrible problems with so this was just one more thing) insisted that 12 inches was way too big, etc. but it wasnt too big at all. I had my MOH get a 10 inch and the BMs get an 8 inch.

I probably had a dozen and a half of roses in my bo-k, my girls had a dozen or so. I used Burton's and was happy with them. I would give them a 'B+'

I don't remember exactly how many were in my bouquet but I remember requesting at least 25 to my florist, but I also had callas & stephanotis in there. I also remember requesting a particular diameter (size of rose) because as someone else said, if they are very small or very closed, your bouquet would look small anyway.
lilmrs to answer your question, we went to burton's on saturday to pick our bo-ks (we were getting our flowers through them through queens bridal)
long story short they made me made me feel like a total a$$. i was being very nice, but had to just keep repeating myself because he just wouldn't listen to what i wanted...i want a smaller bo-k like the one thong lori has in this picture but maybe only a little bigger (like the second one and all in red). and then i wanted this same exact bo-k she had for my girls...
jon, the person helping me kept saying dont worry 30 will be fine for you. and i was like, i don't really like 30 i think it's too much, can i have a little less and he said 'don't worry, you're big enough to handle 30 roses' i must've repeated myself like 10 times and i finally gave up!!!!!!! he should be happy that from 36 roses i was asking for less than 30 and he just didn't listen.
i had even printed out the bo-ks as i wanted them out and everything. wouldn't take the pic, barely looked and it and said 'don't worry it'll be beautiful'
anyways, i just wanted to make sure that i wasn't crazy...the bo-k i want is def less than 30 i think
