I know this is alot to ask, but I have a picture that is a jpg image and I don't have a program to fix the picture...is there anyone who can help me? I can e-mail it or something like that. I love the picture, but the redeye is terrible....

What do you want to do with it? Print it or use it on your pc?
If you upload it to www.shutterfly.com , you can correct red eye on there.
If not, send it to me and I will fix it for you as best I can.
I got the photo.... I have to wait til I get home to fix it but I will send it back then.

just FYI, if you wanted to print the pic out, they sell this great little pen in the 1h our photo type stores, or in genovese, you just touch the tip of the marker to the red eye and it takes it away - very cool, I use it all the time. For very close - ups though, all eyes wind up looking brown, but for a pic that is like 4 - 6 feet away, it totally looks good!
