DH and I are taking a little 'time out' from each other and I am going away alone for a few days. Any suggestions for somewhere that is warm (but not hot), and quiet where I can just relax? I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

how about somewhere in the Carolinas? Or even Savannah, Georgia - I've heard it is very nice and relaxing. Maybe out west - Phoenix or Santa Fe. Northern Cali wine country.
what about Key West - or any key? Bahamas? Florida?

Charleston is a lovely city to visit. And I love Key West - a place to really just sit and relax.

I just got back from Charleston on Sunday after a long weekend and loved it.... very slow pace and relaxing. The people were nice and it was 75 degrees and sunny. I know Arizona has a bunch of spas that are supposed to be very nice too.

Why not take this opportunity to pamper yourself and go to a spa, maybe in the Berkshires or in Arizona.

Nawlins? This time of year, that's the partiest town you can find! (Mardi Gras, and all!)
Wendy - I hope everything's okay I think the Carolina's are great for a slow pace or even the Georgia coast - St. Mary's or Jekyll Island or Cumberland Island (where JFK Jr. got married) - just some nice ideas.

I agree with Irene ... pamper yourself at a spa - they are everywhere. Check out spafinder.com for some great ideas and price breaks!

Hi.

I HIGHLY suggest a spa getaway. Get a stone massage- Amazing!!! Pamper yourself totally- facial, mani, pedi.
There is this spa in Florida I have been meaning to try- Breakers or something.

Hey Wendy, spa sounds awesome. You could also take yoga and go a nature hike at those type of places.
