NEIGHBOR VENT...sorry it's a little long..

UGH. i am just so upset right now. okay - living in queens josh & I have to walk my two doggies (no backyard to walk around in)....now in all honesty we are the MINORITY that cleans up after our dogs 90% of the time(give or take a time or two when josh or i forget a bag)...ANYWAYS, we have to walk our dogs around the corner to where there are grass patches where they'll go. Now keep in mind here - i have a freakin' teacup chihauha & shitzu...the chihauha's sh*t is no larger than a freakin' tootsie roll, and the shitzu's not much larger than that lol. ANYWAYS, so like 10minutes ago, i take them out, and they poop on the grass patch that's along the curb(on the other side of the sidewalk..NOT someones lawn) where every queen's dog goes since it's they only place they CAN go. In the midst of this, a couple walks by with two dogs, so my dogs go crazy - barking like lunatics, twisting their leashes around my legs - WHATEVER. so bag in hand i'm like 'forget this, i'm just taking them in' and left the tootsie roll size poop on the curb grass. With this, i walk around the corner and i hear running footsteps behind me & i hear 'EXCUSE ME'(in a real nasty tone) not thinking she was talking to me i hear a 2nd time 'EXCUSE ME...YOU with the dogs' so i turn around and ask 'i'm sorry are u speaking to me?' and without answering the girl goes 'I KNOW what u've been doing in front of my house with ur dogs and i'm just letting u know i have pictures'...so i say 'I'm sorry - what?' and she goes 'You NEVER clean up after them...and you KNOW it's the truth so i'm letting YOU know i have pictures of what your doing'...now inside i'm getting HEATED but i say very nicely 'wait a minute - can i talk to you for a second' and she goes 'TALK TO ME ABOUT WHAT? NO I DONT WANT TO TALK TO U. WHAT DO U WANT TO TALK ABOUT' and i said 'nevermind u just said u dont want to talk and thats fine' so then she goes 'NO NO NO what were u going to say'...so very nicely i go 'First of all - 90% of the time i clean up after my dogs...this is a BAG ROLL (little canister attatched to the leashes that dispenses bags)....but my dogs were just going crazy - u just watched the whole thing didn't u? ..i was simply going to stick them inside the door - and go back and pick it up' and she goes 'OH PLEASE u know this isn't the first time'...so again holding my tongue I say 'Well i'm sorry but ur mistaken - there are a TON of dogs around here...ones i know specifically that leave their crap all over the sidewalk..but i DO clean up after my dogs - i'm sorry if i'm human and once in a while i run out of bags & forget to grab an extra, but why would i have a plastic bag in my hand if i wasn't going to clean up????' and she just stares at me & goes 'Well........WHATEVER. i'm telling you what I know & i'm being firm & you just know that i'm submitting the pictures somewhere'.....

OK B*TCH. is what i wanted to say. i just dont get what is wrong with people?!?!? FIRST of all , why did she have to be so nasty??? i know there are some people that leave their dog's HUGE sh*t all over the place, and even if i WAS one of those people, wouldn't u talk to them FIRST and say 'I'd really appreciate it if u cleaned up after ur dog, and if things dont change then i'm going to take further action'????? but NO - instead, she first jumps to conclusion(girls i SWEAR to you that i just about ALWAYS clean up after my dogs!!), AND she was just so freakin' rude & obnoxious and waving her hand in my face??!??!!! whatever. i'm just so annoyed. she's lucky i'm a good person & didnt let my chihauha bite her in the ankles...i'm just so upset that she yelled at me the way she did when josh & i always do what we're supposed to do??? and i'd love to know wth she has pictures of....sh*t sitting in the grass that could belong to 900 other dogs???? lol. or does she wait my the window for people to walk by & snap their photos?? LOL. ugh whatever. i'm so annoyed

wow... apparently people have too much time on their hands. I am so sorry you have to deal with such crazy people! I just dealt with crazies the other day.

Yikes..that woman seriously needs a hobby! I'm sorry you had to deal with that!

I have the same problem where I live in Queens. I forgot my bag one day and rushed to take my dog in so I can get a bag and clean it up.

As I am cleaning it up this man comes running outside and looks at me like he was going to yell at me, but then turns around and walks inside.


Everytime I walk past this guys apartment he walks outside. I am like get over it ***&&&*!


I love it when these things happen and they all say 'you do it all the time'. I have heard this so many times. Some man yelled at DH for walking my dog by a tree across from his lawn. He said 'everyday you do this'

The funny thing is we stopped in a neigborhood we have never been in to let her go because it was a long car ride. I didn't know that peopel own the trees across their homes too!

LOL. it's funny 'cause when i went back outside to clean it up(and not for her...it was just like i planned on doing) i told josh that if i saw her i was gonna say 'HERE U GO' and dump it on her fabulous minds think alike then my hubby goes 'WAIT - take jeffrie with u & let him poop tootsie rolls on her stoop' whatever - i'm just annoyed. i've had dog haters stare me down & wait 'till i do my dog duties, but the fact that this woman chased me around the corner & was TELLING me that i do something that i'm clearly concious of (and wouldn't let me speak) flipped me out.... she has poop on her lawn so of COURSE it means that it belongs to my dogs and not the other 47098402974072 dogs who live in the neighborhood

Yea I know what you mean, Ill be honest, we have an area at th edge of our complex where all the dogs go, NO ONE (not even us) pick it up. They call it the dog walking area for that reason. BUT the people who let their dogs go on the grass in front of all the apartments make me nuts!
I had a woman scream and holler at me one day (even tho I brought her to the dog poop area)...a few days later i watched her from my window walk her dog not even 10 feet from her front door and not pick it up in an area where the kids play!! Now you KNOW I opened my window and let loose on her

My bigger pet peeve then poop is people who dont walk their dogs on a leash and then get mad at me b/c I have to push their dog away from mine!!!

Ok... who is she going to submit the pictures too?? Inside Edition??

What a nut!
It is awful that those that don't clean up ruin it for the rest of us. Noone needs the stress of some psycho yelling at us for no reason.
Makes me tempted to leave it, since it feels like I'm getting punished for doing something right anyway. I hear ya!
