Never fails!

EVERY YEAR!!!!! As soona s holidays sniff around, I get sick..ALWAYS LMAO. For thanksgivig its usually the ftraditional headache, stuffy head sneezing flu. For Christmas and new years 4 years running, Ive gotten the 'KILL ME SWEET MERCIFUL GOD' stomach flu.

I have the first one now..... shoot me!

OMG Jen, that $ucks, I hope you feel better soon. I have to say I swear by Emergen-C. I add it to either OJ or water and it WORKS. DD brought home a cold a coupleof weeks ago. I took Emergen-C everyday in OJ and 3 days later it was gone and it never got that bad.

Oooh really? emergen C? -wites it down- u know where Im going at lunch lol. I took airborne-the kind thats in the travel pouches. But I just feel liek SLEEPING! But because we have off thursday, Friday AND part of the day Wednesday and Im still paid by the hours I work..I NEED to work today tomorrow and wednesday till 1pm or my cheks will be zilch :(

I am going to try this...is it in the cold medicine/vitamin aisle?

I'm in Jersey and everyone in my office seems to have caught a bug over the weekend that my head hurts and I have the 'my body aches TOM pain'but I'm not near TOM..I also wrote down to pick-up the Emergen C I know MIL takes it and swears by it..

Feel better! Being sick around the holidays is the worst. I remember being sick on Thanksgiving one year & it was miserable not being able to eat with everyone. I hope you feel better before Thanksgiving!

Airbornes my best friendn today lol I got tons from my friends when I was supposed to start teaching-that didn't happen due to drama byt at least i have tons of it. The worst part is I dont feel 'sick' but I feel 'off' liek the heavy head, the fatigue when normally Im running round, the lak of a real appettite..sux!!!!

About 2 years ago I had the stomach flu for Christmas Eve. I was able to attend christmas but I felt like garbage and I was still sick in bed for the next few days thereafter.

It stinks to get sick in general but even worse when it's the holidays.

I usually get some random illness for Christmas lol.....sorry you're feeling crappy!!! drink lots of hot toddies!! my fav in the winter time!! make a cup of tea (I use red zinger so it has more flavor), sugar, honey, lemon, and whiskey! yum!!! take that w/ 2 aspirins before bed and sometimes that helps you sweat it out! feel better girlie!!

OMG- ME TOO!!!! It really is always something!!! Whether its the flu, sinus infection, bad cold, MY APPENDIX removed- Got out of the hospital on X-Mas Eve

I HATE IT!!! SO far soooo good!!

Why don't you stay in bed tomorrow with some NyQuil and some good movies? Have DH bring you home a doggy bag. That way you don't have to see your SIL!!!

OOOh I like that idea! Hmm i have to ham it up though lol I always make the mistake of saying Im feeling better than I am because hate to complain, cause DH isnt a complainer when he is sick, so it gets downplayed. But thats an idea...I feel too blah to deal with that crap. Bad enough when you get it from your own family but in-laws...egh.
