Hey ladies - I am curious if you've heard of a relatively new hair iron called the 'Croc'?
My hair dresser used it on my curly mop this weekend and it is THE BOMB! My hair is still pin straight - I havent even had to go over it with my own iron. I will post pics asap.
Sorry - only have a cell phone pic so far but here it is. The CHI does work great took but this one takes the cake! I LOVE IT AND WANT IT! My hair is very satin-y now.
I have a chi currently..so I never heard of that one! But wow your hair looks gorgeous!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't believe you got it so straight!!!!!!! It looks fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Question for you or anyone who uses irons regularly. I have a cheap one that works just fine for me - I use it just to get the frizzies out. But what's the dial for? How do I use it? It has numbers on it, from 1 to 30. What do they mean? Is 30 hot and 1 is cool? Or the other way around? Or does it have nothing to do with the heat?? I usually put it around 15 and hope for the best

Jenn-30 is usually the hottest setting-I never go over 20 unless it's really humid. If I'm just touching up-I usually don't go over 10. My sister just used mine a few weeks ago and she cranked it up to like 29. I was like no!!! She was just frying her hair.
Jenna-I love your hair both curly and straight but I love that your hair even straight has so much body. It came out so straight too. I wanna look into this flat iron.

You say this is better than the CHI? I have wavy/curly hair but only wear it straight. I usually just blow it out. I want a thin one that you can curl up the ends w/ to get those little flippies.
