hey girls! does anyone belong to that store 'direct buy'? hubbabubba and I are doing our house completely over and we're going for a 'tour' of direct buy the first saturday in october. before i get coerced into becoming a member is it worth it? any ballpark figure on how much it costs? thanks!!!

there was a recent thread on this.... somewhere... I believe it costs thousands over a 2 year pd or so to become a member.... and in the long run, another $500/year...
come VERY prepared.... think of exactly how much siding, windows, flooring, furniture you need.... and really try to calculate how much you could save on these items after paying the initial fee....
they also have some pots and pans, and china.... I believe le creuset and rosenthal are available...
