After watching Idol last night, I am obsessed with Kellie Pickler's hair. My hair is really long though & I'm scared. I am afraid it'll make my face look really round & I'm scared DH won't like it.
Those of you who chopped your hair - did you tell your DH before? Or did you just come home with new hair?
Here's my hair now and here's the cut I like (cut only - I wouldn't go that blonde)
GO for iT I say even go that Blonde too Why not . .you can always go back to dark.
oh and my DH would KILL me if I cut it that short so I would just do it w/out permission.. I have plans for this real soon He will GET over it. Hair does grow back.

I think you should do it, i think it will look really nice. i told DH before I cut mine and after I cut it short I was scared he wouldnt like it but he loved it.

Pull it back and then take some pieces out. Sometimes that will give you an idea how your hair will look shorter.
But I don't think your face will look too round. Maybe try the same kind of style but have it a little bit longer (to the top of the shoulder)

CHOP IT! You have such a pretty face and small bones-delicate structure so it will look HOT! thats sorta what i have-a variation on a bob...Only mine looks more like Posh's but the longest pieces are only jaw length. I will tell you I have never gotten more compliments on a hairstyle in my life (and I have had many!) and its so versatile cause the front is longer then the back. I have it flipped over and pinned so it loops very flapperish with my pearls today.
DO IT! Your husband may complain cause he is a man but I will tell you, I had my hair longer after the wedding and when i chopped it like this, all the men I work with kept commenting on it positively. Its a sexy look AND with a baby, MUCH easier for the morning.

DH has experienced the 'i'm just going to the store' chopping as well as the 'i am giving you the heads up NOW that my hair will be coming off soon'...haha...i think he prefers the warnings....i know he loves my hair long but tells me to do whatever will make ME happy...and usually says he likes the chops a few days later....if you aren't too certain why not start with chopping it right to shoulder length??

I think that style would look great on you!! I say go for it! Before I chopped mine, I did tell DH and I think he wanted me to keep it long, but I felt great after cutting it off, and I do not miss all that time spent blow-drying the long hair.

I've been telling DH that I'm going to chop all my hair off really soon ... and I keep asking him if he'd be ok with that (I'd rather have the discussion before, not after )
I love him because he tells me its my hair, I should do what makes me happy

I think you should do it.. I had the same concerns about my face. Dh loved it & so do I!
I didn't tell DH.. I knew that he loved short hair so I wanted to surprise him.. Everyone I meet tells me they love my hair though- not just DH.. I say do it!

OMG DO it! You have such a beautiful heart shaped face I think it will look fantastic!!! Just don't come home with Kellie Pickler's boob job, DH might not like that! (I think she looked wayyy cuter before she got those door knockers installed, now she just seems like a Dolly wannabe to me).

i told DH before i chopped but mine wasn't as drastic. he doesnt mind if i cut it or grow it.
i was going to say go for it! hair always grows back. but whatever you do, stay dark. it really suits your coloring!
then i saw your current hair, and you have gorgeous long hair that id love to be able to grow, so i changed my mind..if i had thick long hair id keep it!
that being said, youd look beautiful either way!!!
