Ok based on the poll Waterzooi is winning and the cost p.p. is $38. They do require a minimum of 30 ppl and a deposit of $300. They do have our date available.
This is what we get:
Sit Down Brunch Catering Menu Assorted Brunch Breads on Each Table, Unlimited Champagne Punch & Mimosas, Coffee, Tea & Dessert Choose 4 Entrees: Egg Selection French Toast Belgian Waffles Salad Selection Mussels Selection Pasta Selection Chicken Selection
So how should we proceed? I dont mind putting the deposit down, I trust you girls. Do you think we will get 30 ppl to come?

I would post an official sign up sheet on the newlywed board and link it to the 09 board. Say you can sign up unless you are going to be sure you can commit because of the non-refundable deposit, but also make it first come first serve so people actually commit sooner then later. (I don't know what the max would be but I am sure their is one). If close to 30 people sign up then I say go for it.
That is my suggestion.

I recommend setting up a pay pal thing for a deposit (maybe 5 bucks from each person or something to hold their spot), giving people a few days to sign up, and then giving the deposit to the restaurant.
I'm sooo excited - I can't wait!

Actually thats a great idea!!! $5 isnt too much to ask and then I wont be out any money if they dont show up :)
