For those Brides that submitted their pics to Newsday, did they call you to advise when the announcement would run?

Yes, they call to confirm the information that you submitted and they tell you when it will be in the paper. My mom submitted the information for me and it ended up being in the Sunday paper on Mother's Day.

I just submitted mine last week & got the call yesterday...It will be in the paper July 16th

We didn't get the call until 4 months after we submitted the info and the announcement ran a month later so 5 months total for us...I think it depends on how many they receive at once.

You have to send Newsday a self addressed stamped envelope with a note requesting the Wedding Announcement Form to be sent to you....
I dont have the address with me... I will check when I get home!!

They say 3 months......in the ads.....
