Dh and I are looking to go away for 4 days in March for his 30th. Any really nice hotels or B&B's around the NY area? We want to go all out and get s suite, etc..
we love this place stayed there on our wedding night are spending a long weekend there for our anniversary and even going to their new years' party
the owner's name is marge the place is drop dead georgeous - all 3 rooms are suites - i would recommend the jackie room - the sunken whirlpool for 2 is georgeous under a skylight so you can soak and look at the stars and the shower for 2 has those jets all the way dont the side - realy cool.
if you want upstate- my fav upstate place is stony creek stay in the americana suite the photos on the site are really bad but the room is nice - has a really rustic feel to it queen size bed - whirlpool for 2 immaculately clean place and the owner is a really good cook - yum
