No!!! It is Not a Booger!!!

Do you girls ever get Dry spots inside your nose?

Right now, my right nostril has a Bad Dry spot right on the inside cartilage.

If bothers me to move my nose.
I keep picking at it.
DH keeps making fun of me, b/c he thinks I am Picking a Winner.

'No, It is Not a Boogie'....

How annoying!!!



I gotta put some Aqua Four on it tonight.

uggghhh, I had that too one year real bad from my sinus issues. Keep it moist (aquafor is perfect) and sleep with a cool mist humidifier- it helps!
