we had a friend certified over the internet....it is legal in NYS...except NYC

I used Rev Janine Burns, and I also met Susan Marlen at a wedding expo.

I only met her in the exp and she seemd really nice, but was located in Garden City or Glen Cove, I can't remember. She seemed really nice, but it was hard for us to get out that after work, and i was working overtime at night until 7 and on Saturday, so we never went to her office to meet with her, and I was too lazy to call and see if we could met somewhere else. I met with Rev Janine and liked her ceremony so we booked her on the spot.

I think I paid about 500, but I am not exactly sure.

We used Rev. Joe DiVincenzo...I think he is a vendor on this site now.... but I was refered to him in the same way you are asking!! We really enjoyed him! (forum mail me if you want details).
