Im not familiar with that particular area but I do know that alot of pharmacies have notaries. You might want to try one of the local ones.

I figured that would give you a faster answer. I know of a notary but she's in Nassau lol.

Try a bank. I got notarized at WAMU for my license.

have you tired your local bank, usually where ever you bank at will do it for you for free
