Today I bent over to pick up a towel and some how managed to do somethign to my neck. Sitting hurts, standing hurt, typing hurts, talking hurts. I should have called in sick and stayed home.
On the plus side I learned that DH is really good at blow drying and straightening my hair. I'm a bit concerned about how well he was able to do it

ughhh that suuuucks! dh did that to his back months ago.. bent over and just twisted the wrong way i guess. he was put out for days. You need lotsa lotsa drugs feel better
