I wanted a bright summery color scheme so I went with a teal/aqua, yellow and white.

I was using pink one way or another, but I was inspired for my color theme by a picture at my photographers that we replicated:

Our color scheme was Cassis and Leaf, aka bright fuchsia/purple and a mossy, leafy green. They were chosen to resemble nature, flowers, a garden. The bright colors were important to me, because I love color and always knew my wedding would be FULL of color!!!

Ours was springtime colors... mint and lavender.
I had a daytime wedding so no uplighting or anything, just some details with the colors. But I loved them -- they're in my cake, too!
