NW Winery Tour GTG update...
I think we're going to go with the 22nd, BUT I'm waiting for a call back from North Fork Trolley to make sure there is availability.
So tentitively set aside Sunday, February 22. We can meet at my house in Holtsville for those who want to carpool out to Riverhead for the trolley pickup at 11:30 am.
Tickets are $35.00. I have one extra free ticket, so if the date is available I'll raffle it off to someone who wants to go before people start calling to get their reservation.

I know we talked about doing a happy hour, or a house party, BUT I had an idea and it only runs through March 15th so I figured I'd mention it now and see if anyone's interested.
Joe and I won two tickets to 'the winterfest winery tour' at TWOTY but he doesn't really want to do it. Basically you hop on the north fork trolley and it takes you to:
Palmer Vineyard
Martha Clara Vineyard
Macari Vineyard
Briermier Farm Stand.
We could get picked up at the east wind at 11:00am, best western in riverhead, Tanger outlets, or holiday inn express in riverhead at subsequent times.
The tour is 4 hours long and $35.00pp. It says groups of 20 or more can book private tours on additional dates, if we ever had that many.
It runs on SUNDAYS now through the 15th. We'd have to make reservations for the most part, they accept some walk-ons if there is room.
