NWQOTD 11/12/09 Doing this one early

Since I wont be home til real late tomorrow and have no access to a computer during the day , I figured let me do it now.

What side of the bed to you ladies sleep on and did you always sleep on that side or have to change when the two of you started living together?

With that being said goodnight my loves, sleep tight and dont let the bed bugs bite

i sleep on the right side of the bed...i always slept on the right...except when i use to sleep over DH's house before we moved in together, he had a twin bed that was against the wall and i had to be on the left cuz i hated feeling trapped in the left side against the wall...lol

ok if you're looking at the bed I sleep on the right (but laying lown looking out - Im on the left). When I had my apt in Port Jeff - I had always slept on the left(right) side - but ever since we bought the house - 5 1/2 years now - I've been on the right(left)...dont quite know how that happened....

I sleep on the right side, and I always have. Although last night DH and I had a play argument because even though I start on the right side, I always end up on the left, basically right on top of DH pushing him off. I don't know how that happens... what can I say, I REALLY like to snuggle.

I sleep with DH to my left.

I switched when we moved into our apartment bc I always used to sleep with him on my right, but only bc my alarm clock was on the right side of my bed in my other apartment.

I sleep on the right of DH. We started that down at the NJ shore because the bed is against the wall and DH always gets up before me down there. Also I usually fall asleep on my right side and can't fall asleep facing someone, although now in a king I could.

We are moving into our room this weekend though (it will be done finally) and we are thinking of switching sides because DH would rather be closer to the door. I think it will be weird though, we have been sleeping this way when we are together for years, even in college on our twin beds. (Anyone know how we did that?)

Haha... DH is a bed hog. I always wake up with him on my side of the bed pushing me off. Good thing you two aren't married. You would be at war.

When DH and I, ahem, spent our first night together, I slept on the left side. Every single time thereafter I've slept on the right side. Now, even when he's away on business, I still sleep on 'my' side ... just feels weird not to!

when we lived separately, we both slept on the right side... it would be a fight for that side if we slept over each others houses... once we moved in together, DH gave up the right side since he can really sleep on eoither side and its impossible for me to sleep on the left side... so it was more important for me! Yay.... DH did something nice for me

I sleep on the right side...always have.

I dont like to be up against the wall, or having to crawl over DH every time I need to get up throughout the night.

I used to sleep left side of the bed when I had my apartment but when we moved in together i started to sleep on the left side. For me it all depends on how a new room is set up and if i like on side better then the other and i pick first but in our new house I think it will be the same as it is now with me on the right with DH to my Left

Well...looking at the bed I am on the left, so that would put DH to my left. Our bed is on the middle of a wall but if it were up against a wall I would sleep against the wall. We have a king size bed so when DH falls asleep on the couch I usually sleep in the middle and my dog curls up right next to me in the spot where DH would be. When DH is in the bed the doggie starts out between us and then eventually goes to the end of the bed between us.

If we're lying on our backs, I'm on the right.

We just naturally fell into those positions the first time we lay in bed together and it has always been that way.

He does like to sleep diagonally across the bed though. That's a little annoying. lol
