If you had 1 wish but couldn't use it for yourself what would you wish for?
A few months ago I had mentioned that my dad was having a hard time getting a certain medicine that he needed because the phamacutical (sp)company that made it was discontinuing it because there wasn't a big demand for it. They did find 1 crate left that they sent him but he has now run out of it. The only other option is that he needs to go for radiation therapy which may or may not keep him in remission.
So my wish is for my dad to get a lifetime supply of the medicine that was discontinued.

One wish...to have my grandma back, if even for a few hours. She died almost a year before DH and I started dating, and I wish the two of them would've had the chance to meet.

That everyone in my family put their differences aside and get along again. Both sides of my family (Mom's and Dad's) have fallen apart over the past few years and it is so sad and so hard to accept. Your family is who you are supposed to be able to count on more than anyone else in the world and we can't

I'd give the wish right to my sister. She's stopped trying for another baby as she's had a miscarriage and 2 ectopic's.. I'd wish for her one more healthy pregnancy and baby.

You read my mind. Mine is moreso for my sister though - I'd wish that she'd wake up and realize she's tearing our family apart piece by piece.

I wish my sister in law could get pregnant and carry. She's had a lot of medical issues with Crohn's and so far, it has not been a good journey for here in the past year they've tried.

Mine would be for my father. He has a history of heart problems, diabetes and used to smoke 3 packs a day (and I am not even exaggerating). He had a heart surgery in 2009 and almost died during the recovery. He is so close to retiring. My wish would be for his health to be restored and that he enjoy a long happy retired life!
