Morning ladies. Warning - this is DH's stream of consciousness questioning. So DH is dying to know...
____________________________________ When did you first move in together? Was there an adjustment period or was it instantaneous bliss? What do you answer when people ask you, 'So, how's married life'? Why do people keep telling me 'the first year of married life is the hardest?' I feel like this is so much easier than the engagement - is this bc we lived together first??

We first moved in together on august 1st, 2 years ago. there was definitely an adjustment period, in fact, I thought I'd come home one day and all my shizz would be on the front lawn lol. he was so used to being alone, so even after 6 years of dating, it was still hard. when people ask how married life is, my answer is 'the same'!

We moved in together in June of 2003. We had been dating for almost 2 years. To be honest I don't really remember there being too much of a difference. Maybe because it was so long ago.

yayyy m with the question!!
we lived together for 1 1/2 years before we got engaged and 2 1/2 years we got married.
I thought it was important for us to live together before we got married and it actually brought us a lot closer.

we moved in about 4 years ago after dating about 6 years.
we adjusted well. there was no difference after we got married in that regard. we just had to deal with other stuff which made us even stronger.

I used to live with my mom while we dated and then Dh would stay longer and longer until he just stayed all the time.
We actually moved into our own place after the wedding. It has been AMAZING!
When people ask us how married life is.... We say 'UGH it's Terrible!'
and everyone always replies 'OMG OH NO WHY ?!?!?!?!?!
And then we and say WHY would we have gotten married to each other if we thought married life would be terrible. I think married life is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I get to hang out with my favorite person all the time and have fun!
